Rovene® 7006

VINYL-ACETATE ETHYLENE EMULSION

Rovene 7006 is a non-plasticized emulsion polymer synthesized from vinyl acetate and ethylene. It is mainly designed for interior coating system without solvents and plasticizers. The emulsion with different paint formulations can bring about many changes of the gloss of indoor paints in accordance with the customers’ demand. The emulsion is a low odor, low formaldehyde product, and is stabilized by the alkyl phenol ethoxylates free (APEO free) system. As a result, it is a safe product for proper use indoors, and is friendly for the environment. The benefit of interior coating system with Rovene 7006 is still to get the good scrub resistance with high PVC formulation. It is also suitable for emulsion paint claiming for good resistance against the blocking. It is also used for polymer bound plaster and textured coating. The emulsion can be mixed with filler, pigment, suitable defoamer, and thickening agent.
