Wipes usually require a very soft hand feel coupled with high tensile strength. They are found in applications such as baby wipes, medical wipes, and household cleaning and dusting wipes. MCP offers a variety of chemistries including self-crosslinking polymers that provide soft feel, impart excellent water and solvent resistance and have good wet and dry tensile strength. These polymer emulsions can be applied via typical nonwoven bonding methods such as spray and pad saturation.
