Rovene® 6592

ACRYLIC EMULSION

Rovene® 6592 is a low Tg acrylic polymer designed to improve upon the well known adhesive performance of Rovene 97982. It was designed as an APE-free acrylic with excellent film clarity and improved latex properties for thin film coating applications. It is a mechanically stable latex for use in adhesives applications, processing, and formulating including: label and thin packaging adhesives, lamination, and a variety of construction adhesives.

Rovene 6592 is a well-balanced, cross-functional low Tg acrylic adhesive base with excellent peel/loop tack and shear balance with moderate, but repeatable peel build over 24 hrs. Adhesion to low surface energy products is good, and can be improved with formulating with a range of tackifiers and/or cross-linking additives.
