To serve the Graphic Arts and Specialty Coatings Industry, MCP offers a wide variety of technologies within the Rovene® product family. Traditional styrene butadiene products fill specialty niches in the market. Our opacifiers and acrylic/styrene acrylic binders have been designed to meet unique industry and customer requirements.
Our newest offering, resing supported emulsions (RSE's), have been designed to meet industry performance standards in the challenging press environment. Applications for RSE's require the ink or coating to have Newtonian type rheology as well as excellent resolubility and clean up on the press. This new product line offers a variety of polymers at varying glass transition temperatures to function on all of your substrates. The physical properties of the emulsions affect press performance and final ink or coating properties such as gloss, adhesion, block and water resistance.
