Paperboard Coating

paperboard

There are two main reasons for applying a coating to paper or board; to provide resistance to grease, oil or water, and to enhance appearance.

It is recommended for use in paper and paperboard coatings where a high degree of grease, oil and water resistance is needed, along with good flexibility. It works well in applications where excellent water vapor transmission resistance is needed, such as paperboard coatings, as well as interior primer sealers and paper. When appearance is the higher priority, consider using one of MCP's styrene acrylic polymers.
