Rovene® 4470

CARBOXYLATED STYRENE-BUTADIENE EMULSION

Rovene 4470 is a styrene-butadiene emulsion polymer that provides good aging properties, water resistance, and adhesion to a wide variety of fibers. Rovene 4470 accepts high filler loads of calcium carbonate, clays, and alumina trihydrate and still retains excellent tensile strength. Rovene 4470 is crosslinkable with external crosslinking agents. Sodium polyacrylate thickeners are commonly used to obtain the required application viscosity.
