Effective 8/1/11, Price increase for all Styrene Butadiene (SB) latex

Effective August 1, 2011, Mallard Creek Polymers, Inc. will increase prices for all Styrene Butadiene (SB) latex by 9 cents cents per dry pound in carpet and related markets.
This price increase is being driven by further unexpected increases in butadiene cost for the month of July. We do not anticipate any relief on butadiene costs in the near-term.
