TYCHEM® 7100
TYCHEM® 7100 is a carboxylated alkali swellable thickener. It provides thickening efficiency and a psuedoplastic rheology profile across a wide variety of different latex and cementitious formulations. The thickener can be easily incorporated into a broad assortment of industrial and commercial applications including, but not limited to, mastics, coatings, damp proof membrane, textiles, dry cast concretes, concrete precast and mortar.
In addition to the rheological benefits, TYCHEM® 7100 also provides compounds with in-can structural integrity. This thickener also functions very effectively as a yield modifier for the suspension of dense inorganic materials in applications such as highly filled coatings or textile compounds, ceramics and mineral slurries.
